The restaurant of the PARKHOTEL-Rosarium surprises with classics of the fine german-international cuisine. The menu is completed by diversified seasonal delicacies of the region, which creativly combines the traditional with the extraordinary and is considered a culinary meeting point for wellowers. Whether at midday for business lunch with business partners, in the afternoon for tea and coffee time with home-baked pastry, in the evening for a cosy "Dinner for two" or just for a good glass of wine or beer.

You'll find us in the heart of the city of roses Uetersen, directly on the grounds of the Rosarium at the scenic mills pond, and at the gates of Hamburg. The idyllic charm and the soothing versatility of our house are awaiting you: At the café you experience the celebration of the tea and coffee culture with delectations from the in-house confectionery. At the bar you indulge in a delicious cocktail or a glass of light ale from the beer assortment, while reading the right newspaper and having the TV in view.
The restaurant serves first-class fresh cuisine for all tastes in a relaxed atmosphere. In the afternoon hours our bistro offers little snacks. Conferences take place in one of our well equipped conference rooms. They provide daylight and promise success thanks to our creative "Fit for Businessfare".
The romantically situated sun deck and the magic atmosphere of the banquet halls offer a unique surrounding for weddings and festivities of any kind, with up to 300 persons. Get married in a magic atmosphere! Our premises allow a civil marriage with up to 100 guests in a harmonic frame. For gatherings of any kind we recommend our individual buffet and menu planning.
